Cyber Attacks – the new global war

Japan Airlines apparently had the personal data of 190,000 members of its frequent flyer programme accessed without authorisation, Information such as names, birthdates and workplaces of customers were taken but fortunately not their credit card details.

These are just the ones we hear about. There is no law in Australia saying that a corporation must reveal their own breaches. Is this good or bad?
